I forgot I used to blog!


Well. It's been what years? A lot has happened. I used to not work, now I work. It's been almost a year now. Made some nice friends being back. Here I am with some winetasting in Sonoma. I work too much but am striving for balance. Kids are in school M love in 2nd and out of his shell, chunk is in his 2nd preschool and is the "mayor" after his first week. Acts like he owns the place. "welcome, newbies! Let me show you around and get comfortable!" all after his second week. He was a help with the teachers.

We found our dream house and am packing up hopefully our bid will be accepted and we move out of our lovely little condo in SF and out to the burbs in an eichler of our dreams!

Lots to do today. Hopefully next blog will be about shoes and how they look in a house with floor to ceiling windows!

circus showcase

a few random pics before i go into what happened today. this weekend out back - looks nice don't it? trouble maker at his dr. appt. he thought he wanted in until he actually was in! he hates dr.s and all dr.s instruments. well he cries like, well a baby... micah graduates gymnastics! the grasshopper no longer! if that's the show that is every evening at my house - no not that one. friend from work flies high on a trapeze and had a circus showcase today at sf circus. me m and d took the 5 yr olds to the 7 oclock show. ear to ear grins and awe. it was too cute for words. despite the exclamations of "that's my mom's friend john" in the silence right before he performs, or "i can't do that!" like he could do the other things we witnessed. m love got his fair share of laughter. m had a big day - 1st week of no naps, walked part of the golden gate bridge and then the circus today. he was toast by the time we got home. he will sleep well tonight. t...

Birthday #4!

Friday - skipped school, hung out with mom, toys r us trip to pick up a quick spinjitsu, get brother at school and then end the night with "The best live show ever! Phineus and Ferb." Front row center seats. First show ever. Very entertaining despite the nap she decided it was ok to skip which made me cranky. Saturday-easy morning bc of late show and dinner out. It's tough turning 4. I got my nap in and went bowling with family and cousins and grandparents. I was winning until baba decided to get 5 strikes and then I came in second. I rock at bowling! Then some dinner at auntie meme's and some ice cream cake with count em 5 candles! Always one for good luck. Sunday-the actual big day, I got jelly donuts for breakfast. A rootbeer float for lunch and a new bike! I rode it around the back until that boxing bag got in the way of my path! I took a long nap with my mommy and had a nice dinner.
